Parents were asked to rate the knowledge/skill preparation their students received in each subject. The percentages listed indicate high ratings:

During the 2014-2015 school year, we began to focus on differentiated instruction-- maximizing learning for all students. This is done by focusing on the interests and academic needs of our students. The use of flexible grouping, student choice, varied products, diverse teaching methods and ongoing formative assessment. Holy Cross primary classrooms began using reading rotations as a way to meet the varied needs of our students. Training in this area will continue for the 2015-2016 school year.
Parent/Community Volunteerism in the School
Over 8100 volunteer hours logged by Holy Cross families during the 2014-2015 school year to support the Holy Cross community.
CYSL Soccer – 273 Student Athletes / 47 Volunteer Coaches (This is the Spring session and Fall session combined along with our “In-House” Micro Soccer)
PAL & CYO Basketball – 132 Student Athletes / 19 Volunteer Coaches
PAL Baseball & Softball – 100 Student Athletes / 20 Volunteer Coaches
